[00:00.00] 作曲 : Michael Diamond/Adam Horovitz/Mario Caldato Jr./Adam Yauch
[00:04.86]As I develop the awakened mind
[00:07.17]I praise the buddhas as they shine
[00:09.57]I bow before you as I travel my path
[00:11.70]To join your ranks, I make my full time task
[00:14.58]For the sake of all beings I seek
[00:16.26]The enlightened mind that I know I'll reap
[00:19.02]Respect to Shantideva and all the others
[00:21.00]Who brought down the dharma for the sisters and brothers
[00:23.55]I give thanks for this world as a place to learn
[00:26.28]And for this human body that I know I've earned
[00:28.56]And my deepest thanks to all sentient beings
[00:30.90]For without them there would be no place to learn what I'm seeing
[00:33.27]There's nothing here thats not been said before
[00:35.82]But I put it down now so that I'll be sure
[00:37.95]To solidify my own views
[00:40.59]And I'll be glad if it helps anyone else out too
[00:52.92]If others disrespect me and give my flack
[00:55.32]I'll stop and think before I react
[00:58.53]Knowing that they're going through insecure stages
[01:00.27]I'll take the opportunity to exercise patience
[01:02.67]I'll see it as a chance to help the other person
[01:04.62]Nip it in the bud before it can worsen
[01:05.85]A chance for me to be strong and sure
[01:11.31]As I think on the Buddhas who have come before
[01:12.27]As I praise and respect the good they've done
[01:14.76]Knowing only love can conquer hate in every situation
[01:17.37]We need other people in order to create
[01:19.26]The circumstances for the learning that we're here to generate
[01:21.51]Situations that bring up our deepest fears
[01:24.69]So that we can work to release them until they've cleared
[01:25.95]Therefore, it only make sense
[01:29.16]To thank our enemies despite their intent
[01:51.18]The Bodhisattva path is one of power and strength
[01:53.61]A strength from within to go the length
[01:56.01]Seeing others are as important as myself
[01:58.89]I strive for a happiness of mental wealth
[02:01.20]With the interconnectedness that we share as one
[02:02.52]Every action that we take affects everyone
[02:04.80]So in deciding for what a situation calls
[02:05.70]There is a path for the good of all
[02:10.50]I try to make my every action for that highest good
[02:12.60]With the altruistic wish to achieve buddahood
[02:13.65]So I pledge here before everyone who's listening
[02:17.49]To make my every action for the good of all beings
[02:18.69]For the rest of my lifetimes and
[02:20.37]Even beyond I vow to do my best to do no harm
[02:23.01]And in times of doubt i can think on the dharma
[02:27.42]And the enlightened ones who've graduated Samsara
